reluctant tooth fairy

So my daughter lost another tooth.  And with no notice, and my husband out of town, she informs me right before bed that she doesn’t want to tooth fairy to bring money, but instead is hoping for “little treasures” like her friend Anna got when she lost her last tooth.  (Thanks a lot, Anna.)

So fortunately, the Tooth Fairy and the Easter Bunny are in cahoots.

Sophie had made it known to the Easter Bunny recently that there were these little wooden dogs she liked so very much and was reeeeaaallly hoping he would bring her one (or two).  The Easter Bunny had the good sense to pass along this message to the Tooth Fairy in the nick of time for her to deliver.

What’s in the pouch? A dog biscuit?

  2. Um, it would be the wooden dog referenced above…
