I took my kids to the Exploratorium, an awesome science museum in SF, yesterday. Really fun day, and really horrible traffic on the way home. From the backseat Sophie says:
“I bet you didn’t know it would be this much work.”
Me: “Hmmm?” (Assuming she was referring to driving in traffic or wrangling children solo in a crowded museum.)
Sophie: “I bet you didn’t know that having kids when you growed up would be so much work.”
Girl, you have no idea.
I wouldn’t change it for anything in the world, but yeah.
